All orders receive a "Confirmation
Order Number" via e-mail immediately after submitting an
order. There will also be a receipt enclosed with every shipment.
If you did not receive a confirmation
order number, it is possible that the order did not go through
or the e-mail information provided was incorrect or not available.
On occasion we are required to
contact customers for confirmation of the order. If we are unable
to reach you by phone, your order will not be processed until
we are able to contact you.
All inquiries regarding a purchase
must refer to the "Confirmation Order Number".
All credit cards will be charged
in U.S. Dollars.
Orders are usually shipped via
insured U.P.S. Ground. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Be
sure to give us a physical address or the shipment may be delayed.
Once the order is in transit,
you will an e-mail notification with a tracking or delivery confirmation
number.
Shipments outside the continental
U.S. will be shipped via US Postal Service and may be an additional
charge based on weight, value and location.
International orders may take
up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.
International recipients are
responsible for paying any taxes and / or duties.
An authorized exchange must be
requested via e-mail within 15 days from purchase date. E-mail

Sorry - Merchandise can not be
returned for credit. No refunds, just exchanges.
Original shipping cost is not
refundable.
Merchandise must be returned
prepaid.
Merchandise must be returned
in original packaging with all attachments and paperwork included.
All merchandise will be evaluated and are subject to retooling
and restocking costs based on condition.
Delivery will be refused on all
unauthorized packages.
If an item is out of stock, your
order will remain active until the product can be shipped. Your
credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
Orders are considered active
and will be shipped when in stock unless you receive an order
cancellation confirmation via e-mail.
Orders that have already shipped
can not be canceled.
All liability and terms of the
warranty are the sole responsibility of each manufacturer.
Fraudulent orders will be pursued
and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
